This instrument is mainly used to detect and analyze phenomena such as phase transition, decomposition, combination, dehydration, adsorption, desorption, solidification, sublimation, evaporation, and mass change of large-dose substances. Through this instrument, kinetic studies on chemical reactions such as pyrolysis and gasification of coal, biomass and other materials can be completed. It can also provide atmosphere protection for samples according to user requirements and can be vacuumized with a vacuum degree of 0.1pa.
The furnace body can be automatically lifted and lowered under control. After the sample is placed, all operations are automatically completed under software control.
The instrument is equipped with a trace water vapor generator, which can produce saturated water vapor with a generation rate ranging from 0.01 to 1000 ml/min and an accuracy of 0.01 ml/min.
Users can perform temperature and thermogravimetric accuracy calibration using standard samples.
By replacing different crucibles, it can meet the requirements from micro-samples to large-dose samples, with the maximum sample amount reaching 50g or 500g.
Large-screen LCD display for real-time presentation of instrument status and data; equipped with two sets of thermocouples: one displays the furnace temperature in real time (regardless of whether the heating furnace is in operation), and the other displays the sample temperature during operation.
The independently developed constant temperature controller, constant temperature gas chromatography and mass spectrometry connectors, and constant temperature zone can fully ensure the secondary detection of tar and various reaction gases.
Measurement and plotting are completed automatically. The software functions can complete routine data processing of TG, DTG, and DDTG, as well as special data processing (such as reaction peak area, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison, etc.).
The horizontal axis can be scaled by either temperature or time.
The vertical axis can be scaled by either absolute weight or percentage.
The exhaust port is equipped with a tar condensation device, which can cool down the tar discharged together with the gas without affecting the normal emission of the gas. In addition, the tar can be weighed separately to obtain accurate data.
Power failure protection device: During data collection of the instrument, if there is a sudden power failure, the data can be retained. In addition, due to the power failure of the instrument, the high furnace temperature is easy to damage the components of the balance. This instrument adopts emergency protection measures, which can prolong the service life of the equipment.
