HDR-1 Thermal Conductivity Analyzer-Steady-State Method

This instrument is developed in accordance with GB/T 10295-2008 "Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Thermal Insulating Materials - Heat Flow Meter Method" (published by China Standard Press), with reference to ASTM C518 "Standard Test Method for Steady-State Thermal Transmission Properties by Means of the Heat Flow Meter" of the American Society for Testing and Materials and ISO 8301-1991 "Thermal Insulating Materials - Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties - Heat Flow Meter Method". It adopts a dual heat flow meter structure, featuring convenient loading and unloading of test pieces. Thermocouples and heating wires are minimally exposed, making them less prone to damage. The sample pressure and thickness can be adjusted automatically, ensuring high measurement accuracy and good reproducibility. It is an indispensable equipment for quality inspection institutions and manufacturing units, and is widely used in fields such as thermal insulation materials, foam materials, multi-layer materials, aerogels, refractory materials, building insulation materials, and plastics.
