The water vapor generation device is an auxiliary experimental device connected to simultaneous thermal analyzers (comprehensive thermal analyzers) and thermogravimetric analyzers. It is mainly used in auxiliary experiments for energy and thermal decomposition of coal, chemical, and metal materials, enabling full experimental analysis of samples in a water vapor atmosphere. It features precise quantification of water vapor, fast heating and vaporization rates, and excellent thermal insulation and constant temperature performance.
The overall composition of the device is as follows: The "intelligent water vapor control integrated machine" controls the temperature range and constant temperature duration of each station. A plunger pump outputs a fixed amount of liquid, which is vaporized in the water vaporization chamber. A steady-flow tank maintains a stable vaporization state at a constant temperature. The vapor is carried by an inert gas through a constant-temperature gas conveyor belt and a constant-temperature connector, then enters the reaction chamber of the instrument. The entire gas path is directed past the sample position and finally discharged through the exhaust port.
Touchscreen control with a user-friendly interface.
Enables instant on-line evaporation of liquid water.
Excellent thermal insulation and constant temperature performance, with controllable water vapor flow rate.
Adjustable temperature for the heating steam furnace and adjustable constant temperature for thermal insulation.
High precision in temperature measurement.
The control system of the water vapor generator integrates and controls the temperature of the steam vaporization chamber, the constant temperature of the steady-flow chamber, the constant-temperature connecting belt, and the temperature of the constant-temperature connector.
